About the Place:
Tadiandamol is the highest mountain peak of Kodagu district & is the third highest peak in Karnataka. It is located Western Ghats range. The mountain has patches of shola forests in the valleys.
The Nalaknad palace at the foothills is an important historical landmark & history of Dodda Veerarajendra, Kodagu princess is quite interesting. Temperature hopping down by 6°C from base to peak is the highest recorded temperature drop till date, wind speed of 10km/hr & heavy rain during rainy season makes the trek interesting as trail seems like a stream! Coorg style Pork at a local homestay will be truely awesome & a taste to remember for many years.
